Newly built townhouse located on a quiet street away from traffic and noise, which makes for a very relaxing vacation. It is tastefully decorated with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full baths, imported ceramic tile and hardwood floors throughout. Balcony off master bedroom and rear second floor deck. 9 houses to beach. Walking distance to Bay Village, the town center, which has quaint shops and excellent restaurants. Fantasy Island is nearby and offers a waterslide, amusements and miniature golf for the children. A marina is two blocks away for water sports, boating, jet skiing and parasailing. There are also designated biking and walking/running paths nearby. Surflight Theatre is a mile away and has Broadway productions like "Evita," "Cats," Phantom of the Opera" throughout the summer. After the theatre, you can stop in the Showplace Ice Cream Parlor where a singing waitstaff will serve you. It's a real treat and island tradition. Outdoor concerts are held throughout the summer at Veteran's Bicentennial Park, which is directly opposite the Surflight Theatre. Come to Long Beach Island to enjoy the best of the Jersey Shore and find out for yourself why Dr. Beach lists LBI as one of his top 20 beaches (and that includes Hawaii).
